We offer you a full range of processing services for products after printing, i.e.:
- varnishing (dispersion, offset, UV varnish),
- laminating (dull, gloss, satin foil),
- perfect binding (hotmelt),
- spiral binding,
- microperforation: we are able to offer you microperforation in booklets, leaflets and other products,
- folding:
possibility of folding very small formats, as well as complex, multi-typset leaflets, is an unquestionable advantage of our bindery. Such typesetting is used for the production of pharmaceutical leaflets, cosmetic leaflets, as well as manuals for other industry branches (product leaflets).
Minimum format we are able to fold is 8cm x 10 cm,
Minimum paper weight is 180-200 g/m2,
Minimum fold length is 20 mm,
Maximum number of columns is 12 parallel folds, or 6 parallel folds and 6 cross folds,
- wire-stitched binding / SQ wire-stitched binding:
We offer wire-stitched binding also for very small brochure formats. We are able to stitch a product with six stitches in one cycle and cut it to manageable sections, which allows for threefold booklet production.
For customers looking for aesthetic finishing of a catalogue, booklet or brochure, we offer the “SquareBack” finish. This is a wire-stitched binding with characteristic square back, the same as in perfect binding. This enables product print on the spine, improves the appearance and makes it look unique,
- die-cutting/pressing/gluing/gilding:
We are able to offer you punching of completed products, such as unit boxes (medicine boxes, cosmetic boxes, as well as different types of cardboard packaging), folders, greeting cards, etc. We die cut solid board, graphic cardboard and offset paper. Apart from die-cutting, we also offer pressing, gilding (hot stamping), Braille pressing and box gluing.
